I must say that the overall “GLOBAL” experience was great! From the start, the initail contact with their representatives was pleasant, polite, respectful and even fun! Their knowledge of the services was exceptional and any questions or concerns we had were answered clearly. We needed our attic insolated so that was the topic of discussion. The reps explained the process and what we might expect in the way of Energy savin gs. The installation was done the very next day and the technicians were in and out in 3 hours. The techs were also polite and respectfull and obviously “knew what they were doing”. We also asked for our vents to be cleaned and were scheduled to get the job done the following week. We had a little issue with the insolation but that was corrected immediately the following morning to my satisfaction. My initial interactions with the Global “Team” has been very positive, let’s hope it remains so as we move forward.

Communication with the representative are seamless, quick and efficient. Evaluation of our property was made with optimal care for our needs. I was particularly impressed with the timeframe of delivery, installation and evaluation. Within 3 days it was all completed, start to finish ( evaluation, adjustments, installation, re-evaluation). Sincerely pleased with the quality of comfort our ACs are providing to our home. I have been tracking the details of energy consumption with HydroQuebec and can already see the energy savings !!! Global Services Résidentials are extremely professional and efficient. From the coaches who did the presentation, the technicians who installed the units to the inspector who showed up after the installation. They clearly explained every step of the process, there were no surprises, everything went according to plan. Within 48 hours, everything was done.
